Vendors continue to be an important part of Big Sky Draft Horse Expo. They provide a Trade Show that adds to the education and fun of events such as this.
We welcome vendors of a variety of products. Obviously items identified with horses, mules, and the draft horse era are of special interest, but all are welcome.
We have several vendor spaces (price for 3 days):
- Inside spaces (approximately 12 ft x 12 ft) are $45
- Outside spaces vary from $50 to $150
Vendors please set up between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday.

Vendors booths must be set up by 5:00 pm on Friday June 30th. While the arena show starts at 6:00 PM; spectators will be admitted at 5:00 PM Friday and at 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. No refunds will be given.
Persons, vendors or businesses using the official "Big Sky Draft Horse" logo that is printed or otherwise depicted on sales items will need to pay a fee that equals ten percent of the total sale price of that item. This would include but would not be limited to items such as souvenirs, apparel, and photography taken at the show.
