Vendors continue to be an important part of Big Sky Draft Horse Expo.  They provide a Trade Show that adds to the education and fun of events such as this.

We welcome vendors of a variety of products.  Obviously items identified with horses, mules, and the draft horse era are of special interest, but all are welcome.

Many vendor spaces are located such that visitors must pass them to reach the Quilt and Carriage show which is also under the grand stand and the attached exhibits building.  This one-of-a-kind display provides a great deal of vendor traffic.

We have several vendor spaces (price for both days):

●   Inside spaces (approximately 12 ft x 12 ft) are $45

●   Outside spaces vary from $50 to $125

Vendors are able to set up from 9 to 5 on Friday or 8-9am Saturday and are asked to remain in place until at least 3 PM on Sunday.

Vendors booths must be set up by 5 pm on Friday September 18th.  While the arena show starts at 9:00 am; spectators will be admitted each day at 8:30 am to view the Quilt and Carriage Show. No refunds will be given.
